Privacy notice
This notice explains how Marketbet AB handles the personal data you give us when you join the PseudoGamma waiting list on pseudogamma.com. Last updated October 2026 (consent text version 2026-10).

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this page, and we do not load fonts or scripts from third parties. To limit abuse, the sign-up service keeps your network (IP) address in memory only, for at most one hour, and never stores it with your sign-up. Our web server does not log sign-up submissions. It keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for the other pages for security and troubleshooting. Those logs rotate automatically and hold at most about 30 MB.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. Consent is required to join the list. It is not needed to read this site. Providing your email address is voluntary, but we cannot add you to the list without it.
Who receives it
Your sign-up is delivered by email to a Marketbet AB mailbox and recorded on Marketbet AB’s own servers. Our email provider and hosting provider process it on our behalf under data-processing terms. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Until we invite you to PseudoGamma or you withdraw consent. We review the list at least every 12 months and delete sign-ups older than that by hand. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our records and mailbox, and from backups as they expire.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason. Email info@marketbet.com and we will act on it. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
